As Mühür Vize Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. (the "Company") we are the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Because sensitive data such as passport, financial and family information is processed in visa advisory, we ask you to read this notice carefully.
Data processed
Identity (name, Turkish ID number, date of birth), passport details and copy, contact information, family and marital status, occupation and income documents, bank statements, travel history, visa refusal and approval information, and panel usage and payment records.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forming and performing the advisory contract
- Preparing applications to consulates and application centres (explicit consent)
- Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, retention)
- Improving service quality (legitimate interest)
Transfers and retention
Within your explicit consent your data is transferred only to the consulate or authorised application centre, sworn translators, courier companies and payment institutions. Transfers to consulates abroad are by nature transfers abroad and rely on your explicit consent. Sensitive documents are deleted 30 days after the application ends; contract and invoice records are kept for 10 years.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. You can send requests to kvkk@muhurvize.com.
