Tourist Visa

Visa file preparation, appointments and interview advice for travel, holidays and short visits.

Advisory from 4,900 TRY

The tourist visa is the most commonly applied-for visa type, and many applicants start the file thinking "I'll prepare it myself" and are refused for missing documents or inconsistent information. At this stage we match the applicant's profile with the country's expectations and build the file from start to finish.

What do we do in file preparation?

  • Profile analysis: occupation, income, travel history and ties to the home country
  • Bank statement layout: suggestions so that transactions look regular and consistent
  • Itinerary and accommodation reservations (cancellable bookings)
  • Travel health insurance: at least €30,000 cover for Schengen
  • Application form and cover letter

Duration and cost

The average processing time for Schengen tourist applications is 15 working days and may stretch to 30 in busy periods. The consulate fee is €90; our advisory fee starts from 4,900 TRY. US and UK applications may take 4-12 weeks depending on interview and biometric appointments.

Who is it for?

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee visas?
No. Only the consulate of the relevant country decides on a visa; no advisory company can guarantee approval. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and correctly presented.
What does the advisory fee include?
Pre-assessment, a personalised document list, file organisation, form completion, appointment tracking and a preparation note for application day are included. Consulate fees, application-centre service charges, sworn translation, notary and courier costs are separate.
Is the fee refunded if the visa is refused?
If you withdraw before the file is prepared, 80% of the package fee is refunded. If a refusal comes after the file is prepared the advisory fee is not refunded, but a free refusal analysis and reapplication strategy call is offered.
How long does a Schengen visa take?
On average 15 working days; it can stretch to 30 in busy periods and up to 45 if documents are missing. Appointment waiting time is added to this. We recommend applying at least two to three months before travel.
My visa was refused before; can I apply again?
Yes. What matters is understanding the refusal reason correctly and resolving it. Upload your refusal letter and we will assess in writing whether an appeal or a strengthened new application is the better route.
