Preparing and tracking the student visa file, from acceptance letter to proof of funds.
Advisory from 9,900 TRY
The student visa application begins after acceptance from an educational institution. The applicant's school, funding and plan to return must be told as a whole. A consistent file markedly lowers the refusal risk.
Process and documents
- Acceptance letter and tuition payment receipt
- Proof of funds: a bank account covering a year of living costs by country and duration, or a scholarship letter
- Previous education documents, transcripts and language test results
- Proof of accommodation (dormitory, host family, rental contract)
- Health insurance and, if required, a medical report
- Parental consent and income documents (under 18)
Differences by country
In the UK a CAS number is needed for a student visa and the proof of funds must be held in the account for 28 days. In Canada, for study permits that allow work, it matters that the school is a designated institution and that you hold an acceptance letter. In Germany a blocked account (Sperrkonto) is required. Our country specialists tell you in writing about these differences before the file begins.
Duration and cost
Processing takes 3-12 weeks depending on the country. Our advisory fee starts from 9,900 TRY; if the school application was made through our education advisory partnership a discount is applied to the visa fee.
Scope of service
- CAS, acceptance letter and proof-of-funds review
- Blocked account and scholarship documents
- Parental consent and notary
- A process integrated with the school application
