Work Visa

Skilled worker and employer-sponsored visas

Work Visa

Step-by-step tracking of the work permit and visa application from job offer to visa approval.

Advisory from 14,900 TRY

In most countries a work visa rests on a job offer and employer sponsorship. The application depends on the match between the documents prepared by the employer and the applicant's personal documents, so coordination between the two sides is the most critical step.

Main programmes

  • Germany: skilled worker visa and the Opportunity Card (points system)
  • United Kingdom: Skilled Worker visa (licensed sponsor employer, SOC code and salary threshold)
  • Canada: work permit based on a job offer and Express Entry
  • Netherlands: the highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) programme

Our role

We do not undertake to find employer sponsorship; but if you hold a job offer we prepare identity verification, diploma recognition, apostille, sworn translation, employment contract and salary checks and the application forms, and manage appointment and follow-up. For points-based programmes we also provide a points calculation and a missing-points strategy.

Duration and cost

It takes 4-20 weeks depending on the programme. Our advisory fee starts from 14,900 TRY; translation, notary and courier costs are not included. An additional package applies if family members accompany you.

Scope of service

  • Diploma recognition and apostille
  • Employment contract and salary check
  • Points-system calculation
  • Family accompaniment application

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee visas?
No. Only the consulate of the relevant country decides on a visa; no advisory company can guarantee approval. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and correctly presented.
What does the advisory fee include?
Pre-assessment, a personalised document list, file organisation, form completion, appointment tracking and a preparation note for application day are included. Consulate fees, application-centre service charges, sworn translation, notary and courier costs are separate.
Is the fee refunded if the visa is refused?
If you withdraw before the file is prepared, 80% of the package fee is refunded. If a refusal comes after the file is prepared the advisory fee is not refunded, but a free refusal analysis and reapplication strategy call is offered.
How long does a Schengen visa take?
On average 15 working days; it can stretch to 30 in busy periods and up to 45 if documents are missing. Appointment waiting time is added to this. We recommend applying at least two to three months before travel.
My visa was refused before; can I apply again?
Yes. What matters is understanding the refusal reason correctly and resolving it. Upload your refusal letter and we will assess in writing whether an appeal or a strengthened new application is the better route.
