This site uses cookies to improve your experience, run the customer panel securely and understand visitor statistics.
Types of cookies
- Essential cookies: required for sessions, customer panel login, language selection and form security (CSRF); they cannot be switched off.
- Functional cookies: remember your country selector, eligibility test progress and checklist preferences.
- Analytics cookies: anonymously measure page visits and run only if you consent.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the customer panel and appointment form may not work.
Retention periods
Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; preference cookies are kept for 12 months and analytics cookies for 13 months. Map and video providers may set their own cookies, which are subject to those providers' policies. You can change your preferences at any time via the link at the foot of the page.
Purpose of cookies
We use cookies to keep your customer panel session secure, to remember language and country preferences, to avoid losing your eligibility test progress and to understand which parts of the site are used most. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for advertising.
