About Us

Mühür Vize Danışmanlık was founded in 2011 in Şişli, Istanbul, by a former consulate translator and a tourism operator, to remove the lack of information in visa applications. In the early years we handled only Schengen tourist applications; today we prepare individual and corporate files for 62 countries.

What we do and don't do

Only the consulate of the relevant country decides on a visa. We cannot influence that decision and we do not guarantee visas. What we do is prepare the applicant's file accurately, consistently and completely, build a personalised document list, book appointments and advise on form filling and interviews. We never prepare forged documents, invented balances or misleading statements; when such a request comes we decline the job.

Our team

Of the 38 people across our Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya offices, 22 are country-specialist advisers. Our advisers receive at least 40 hours of consulate updates and visa regulation training each year, and at least two specialists are trained for every country so that one person's absence never interrupts the service.

Honesty, confidentiality and clarity. To strengthen your file we use real documents and accurate information; if we see a weak profile we say so openly and suggest postponing the application or considering a different country.

How do we work?

Each applicant is assigned a single responsible adviser, who stays the same person from the first call to the result notice. A weekly status summary is delivered in writing to your panel, and all fee items are stated openly in the contract.
