Refusal Appeal and Reapplication

Refusal letter analysis: appeal or new application?

Refusal Appeal and Reapplication

After a refusal, decoding the reasons and planning an appeal or a strengthened new application.

Analysis 1,500 TRY, package from 5,500 TRY

A visa refusal affects most later applications, and the codes in the refusal letter are often written in language that is hard to understand. A second application made without proper analysis is usually refused again for the same reason.

Our analysis process

  • Decoding each reason in the refusal letter one by one (for example the numbered reason boxes on the Schengen refusal form)
  • Reviewing the earlier application file and finding contradictions
  • Planning the time and documents needed to strengthen the profile

Appeal or new application?

In many countries the appeal period is 15-30 days from the refusal date and the success rate of appeals is low. If the mistake came from missing documents rather than the consulate's wrong assessment, a strengthened new application is often more effective. We justify this in writing and impartially.

Common refusal reasons

Insufficient and irregular financial proof, an unclear travel purpose, ties to return that look weak, inconsistent form information, earlier visa violations and passport validity problems are the most common reasons. When they are resolved, results in a large share of applications change for the better; however, no guarantee can be given.

Duration and cost

The refusal analysis call is 1,500 TRY. An appeal or new application package starts from 5,500 TRY. You can upload your refusal letter in the panel to request a preliminary assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee visas?
No. Only the consulate of the relevant country decides on a visa; no advisory company can guarantee approval. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and correctly presented.
What does the advisory fee include?
Pre-assessment, a personalised document list, file organisation, form completion, appointment tracking and a preparation note for application day are included. Consulate fees, application-centre service charges, sworn translation, notary and courier costs are separate.
Is the fee refunded if the visa is refused?
If you withdraw before the file is prepared, 80% of the package fee is refunded. If a refusal comes after the file is prepared the advisory fee is not refunded, but a free refusal analysis and reapplication strategy call is offered.
How long does a Schengen visa take?
On average 15 working days; it can stretch to 30 in busy periods and up to 45 if documents are missing. Appointment waiting time is added to this. We recommend applying at least two to three months before travel.
My visa was refused before; can I apply again?
Yes. What matters is understanding the refusal reason correctly and resolving it. Upload your refusal letter and we will assess in writing whether an appeal or a strengthened new application is the better route.
