Business Visa

Trade fair, meeting and business visit visas

Business Visa

File preparation with company papers and invitation letters for fairs, client visits and short meetings.

Advisory from 6,900 TRY

On business trips, consulates look more closely at the applicant's tie to the company, the purpose of travel and the intention to return. In business visa applications the quality of company documents and the invitation letter is decisive.

Key documents required

  • A company letter: the person's position, purpose and length of travel and who covers the costs
  • Trade registry gazette, tax plate and signature circular
  • An invitation letter from the host company or a fair participation document
  • Tax returns for the last three years and a bank account summary
  • Social security service record (for employees)

Multiple-entry visas

Schengen multiple-entry visas can be obtained for regular business travellers. If earlier visas are shown to have been used in compliance, the chance of 1-, 2- and 5-year visas rises. We therefore recommend keeping travel dates, entry-exit stamps and flight tickets in order.

Duration and cost

Business visa processing averages 10-15 working days. Our advisory fee starts from 6,900 TRY; for corporate customers we agree a discounted framework contract for multi-person applications.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee visas?
No. Only the consulate of the relevant country decides on a visa; no advisory company can guarantee approval. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and correctly presented.
What does the advisory fee include?
Pre-assessment, a personalised document list, file organisation, form completion, appointment tracking and a preparation note for application day are included. Consulate fees, application-centre service charges, sworn translation, notary and courier costs are separate.
Is the fee refunded if the visa is refused?
If you withdraw before the file is prepared, 80% of the package fee is refunded. If a refusal comes after the file is prepared the advisory fee is not refunded, but a free refusal analysis and reapplication strategy call is offered.
How long does a Schengen visa take?
On average 15 working days; it can stretch to 30 in busy periods and up to 45 if documents are missing. Appointment waiting time is added to this. We recommend applying at least two to three months before travel.
My visa was refused before; can I apply again?
Yes. What matters is understanding the refusal reason correctly and resolving it. Upload your refusal letter and we will assess in writing whether an appeal or a strengthened new application is the better route.
